Chef Scott was a world renowned Chef in Miami cooking for celebrities before a fateful trip to Ocean Springs in 2002. He fell in love with our beautiful coastal community and has called this place home ever since. Chef Scott has blended traditional Japanese sushi with his unique Coastal flare!  Chef Scott's sushi menu features signature sushi rolls and signature dishes that you simply can't find anywhere else!
